On March 27, students from Secondary School “P. K. Yavorov” in Plovdiv took part in a different kind of training. It was held the project “Life Without Fear,” implemented by the Magna Silva Association. The organizers had prepared an interactive program focused on preventing violence in schools.
🌟 Expertise and art combined
The training was led by psychologist Ivan Ralev from the Psychological Center “Identity.” He was joined by young artists and psychologists from “Atelier 47” – Zaharina Toneva and Georgi Dimov.
📈 What did the students learn?
Through both theoretical and practical modules, the students explored key topics:
✅ Recognizing different types of aggression and bullying (including gender-based forms).
✅ Roles in conflict: victim, aggressor, and bystander.
✅ Online safety and dealing with cyberbullying.
✅ Tolerance and support for vulnerable groups (including peers who are refugees from Ukraine).
