On 9–10 June, I had the opportunity to participate in the Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) Heads of National Networks Meeting held in Berlin, Germany.
The meeting brought together representatives of ALF National Networks from across the Euro-Mediterranean region, providing a valuable platform for dialogue, exchange of experiences, and strengthening cooperation. It was a privilege to hear the opening remarks of Stefano Dotto, Team Leader for Good Governance at DG MENA, European Commission, and to engage in discussions on the realities and challenges facing civil society across the region.
Throughout the two-day programme, we worked on key priorities related to strengthening the Foundation’s programmes and activities, enhancing collaboration among National Networks, exploring more strategic fundraising approaches, and improving strategic communications through dedicated training sessions.
The meeting offered an excellent opportunity to build new partnerships, share perspectives, and identify future avenues for cooperation in support of a stronger and more connected civil society across the Euro-Mediterranean region.
