We are happy to share that after a two-year break, the 14th meeting of the Youth Parliament, Gorna Oryahovitsa which is part of the association “Youth Tolerance”, Gorno Oryahovitsa, was held.
The meeting took place under the motto “Step into the future”, under the patronage of European Commissioner Maria Gabriel and MEP Eva Meidel. During the event, it was possible to continue the dialogue started between the youth and the local and central authorities about the role and place of the young generation in the construction of a prosperous Bulgaria within the framework of a united Europe. The young people attending the meeting had the opportunity to meet many interesting speakers with extensive experience in the field of non-formal education and motivated young people to action.
Mrs. Kostadinka Todorova was also invited as a speaker, in her capacity as coordinator of the Anna Lindh Bulgaria Network, and presented to the audience the opportunities for the development of young people through the program of the Euro-Mediterranean Foundation “Anna Lind”.
