The team from the Youth Information Centre in Karlovo celebrated European Youth Week (24 April – 1 May 2026) with an engaging public event held in the town square.
Through the interactive game “Adventures in Europe”, young participants had the opportunity to explore and learn more about:
- European countries
- Key European programmes such as Erasmus+, DiscoverEU, EURES, and Europass
- The Eurodesk network
- Platforms like SALTO and the European Youth Portal, offering valuable information and opportunities for young people
The game is the newest educational resource developed by the Youth Information Centre Karlovo in its role as a Eurodesk point for the region. It was created as part of the project “Bet on Europe” under the Eurodesk programme and will continue to be used in future initiatives and events promoting intercultural dialogue and awareness of European countries.
The resource was also presented and tested during the National Meeting of Youth Centres in Bulgaria, held in Blagoevgrad as part of the European Youth Week celebrations.
