This year marks the 35th anniversary of the creation of the Eurodesk network. Our colleagues from the Youth Information Centre – Karlovo celebrated the occasion with an interesting event titled “A Night at the Youth Centre.”
During the event, Eurodesk and other European educational programmes were presented.
Young people who participated in Erasmus+ projects and the Municipal Youth Programme of Karlovo Municipality throughout the year shared their experiences and impressions.
Guests at the event included representatives of the Polish organization ATEna Stowarzyszenie from Kraków, who were visiting Karlovo on a working exchange under an Erasmus project. They introduced the participants to the activities of their organization and presented Polish culture as well as the cities they work in (Kielce and Kraków).
The Head of the “Youth Activities” Department at Karlovo Municipality congratulated the young people for their active involvement in various educational initiatives within the above-mentioned programmes.
As a gift from the Eurodesk programme, the participants received travel accessory sets, encouraging them to continue discovering Europe and its cultural diversity.
The event was part of the “Time to Move” campaign of the Eurodesk network, which the colleagues organize every October.
