To end the wonderful summer, the team of Association “International Cooperation Initiatives” (IIC), which is HoN of National network Anna Lindh Bulgaria, implemented the BRIDGES project “Building Relevant Intercultural Dialogue and Generating Effective Skills”, which was mobility of youth workers under the Erasmus+ program. The project is part of the Erasmus + accreditation of the IIC association, for which we were approved for the period 2021-2027. The specific dates of the project were from August 25 to 29, 2023 and the place of implementation was our city – the city of Razlog. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with highly motivated and widely dedicated youth workers from Romania, Greece, North Macedonia, Croatia, Turkey, Spain and Bulgaria, willing to work for positive change in their societies. We shared many good practices and experiences of working with youth from different social and ethnic communities. We launched the skills us in the role of Interlocutors and we understood in which direction we need to proceed in order to build on them and be able to participate in resolving conflict situations in our communities leading to tension. Expect a link to videos and photos of the project’s workflow!
