The Youth Tolerance Association and the Gorno-Oryahov Youth Parliament are inviting all young people who want to improve themselves to get involved in the second summer academy for personal development “Draw your tomorrow!”
The initiative is being held for the second year in a row and aims to develop the leadership skills of the participants and give them examples and ways to solve problems, both personally and professionally.
Topics to be covered:
1. Development of creative thinking or how not to fall into the frame.
2. Critical analysis.
3. Teamwork – a leader is good when s/he is part of his/ her team.
4. Solving problems; conflicts – how to always be on the winning side.
5. Presentation skills or how to speak in front of people without feeling uncomfortable about it.
The academy will be held in August 12-16, 2024, Gorna Oryahovitsa, in the office of the Gorno Oryahovi Youth Parliament (YMP).
The ACADEMY is a completely voluntary event for the organisers and is FREE for all participants!
